The meeting was held in the
National Museum of Taras Shevchenko in Kyiv with participation of the museum’s
administration.

The meeting was attended by the Committee members V.Kyrylenko, M.Matios, O.Levchenko, the Deputy Minister of Culture V.Baliurko, the Chairman of the Central Administration of Culture of Kyiv City State Administration S.Zorina and members of the public.
During the meeting, members of the Committee and community councils learned about the repair and restoration work carried out in the National Museum of Taras Shevchenko. Museum director D.Stus, also informed them about technical peculiarities of these repair works.
The Deputy Minister of
Culture V.Baliurko assured everyone that the Ministry would ensure transparency
of discussion of the above mentioned bill and participation of the Committee
and community councils’ members.
